Details you give us

When you fill in the enquiry, contact or booking form, we collect:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• your date, time and place of birth, if you provide them (astrology, numerology and Astro-Vastu consultations depend on these details);
• the service you are interested in and your preferred mode of consultation (online, in person or site visit);
• your message, and anything else you choose to write in it;
• your consent to be contacted about your enquiry.

Please do not send medical records, identity documents or bank details through the form. They are not needed for an enquiry.

Details recorded automatically with an enquiry

• the page from which you sent the form, and the website that referred you to it;
• campaign details contained in the link you followed, such as UTM parameters or an advertising click identifier;
• the type of device and browser you used;
• a one-way scrambled ("hashed") form of your IP address, used only to detect spam and abuse. Your IP address itself is not stored in readable form.

The free tools

The free calculators (numerology, Lo Shu grid, Vastu direction, rashi by name and others) work inside your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us unless you choose to send it, for example by pressing "Get detailed analysis", which carries the details into the booking form, or by sharing a result link, which places the details in the link itself.

Payments

This website does not take payments.

• to reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation or site visit;
• to prepare for the consultation, for example by drawing up a birth chart or studying your floor plan;
• to send you what you have asked for, such as a booking confirmation or a follow-up about your enquiry;
• to keep the website secure and filter out spam;
• to understand, in aggregate, which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, so that we can improve the website.

We process these details on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and otherwise only as the DPDP Act permits.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your birth details or your message for advertising.

• Enquiries: kept for as long as needed to respond to you and provide the consultation, and deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed.
• Client records: if you become a client, consultation records may be kept for longer, for example where the law requires it.
• Backups: database backups are kept on a rolling basis and overwritten after about two weeks.

If you ask us to delete your data, it is removed from the live system promptly and disappears from backups as they roll over.

We share your details only with service providers who help us run the website and reply to you, and only as far as they need them:

• Web hosting: the website and its database are hosted by Hostinger.
• Email: enquiry notifications and replies are sent through Hostinger's email service.
• Spam protection: if it is switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is being sent by a person and not by an automated program.
• Analytics and advertising measurement: only if enabled, tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or the Meta Pixel.
• Phone and WhatsApp: if you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to the terms of the service you use.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

• Essential cookies: a session cookie and a security token that let the forms work and protect them from misuse. The website cannot work properly without them.
• Session storage: your browser's temporary storage remembers campaign details for your visit and, when you ask, carries a tool result into the booking form. It is cleared when you close the tab.
• Analytics and advertising cookies: set only if those tools are enabled.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the forms from working.

• Access: ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how it is being used, and the providers we have shared it with.
• Correction: ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete details.
• Erasure: ask us to delete your personal data once it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for, unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Withdrawing consent: withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. This does not affect what was done before, but we may then be unable to provide a consultation.
• Grievance redressal: raise a complaint with us and receive a response.
• Nomination: nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

If you are not satisfied with our response to a grievance, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Some consultations, such as kundli matching or child and education astrology, involve other people's birth details. If you share details about someone else, please do so only with their knowledge and permission.

For anyone under 18, details should be provided by a parent or lawful guardian, who gives consent on the child's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

Forms are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to enquiries is limited to authorised people, and admin accounts use two-step verification. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data. If a breach occurs, we will act promptly and inform you and the authorities where the law requires it.
